Awful
The his app is awful and not fit for purpose, it never loads the desk booking screen. I have to delete and reinstall to book a desk every time.
Just awful
Let’s be honest, we have no choice but to get this app so we can book desks. The app is awful, it feels like it has sooo much work needed…
The way the floor is displayed but you can’t zoom in to see who’s actually sitting at a specific desk, and if you try to zoom in the whole app crashes…
It’s just another disappointment, there was nothing wrong with Condeco, we could access it from our laptops and it was functionally perfect.

It’s come a long way!
I must agree that the first release was published too early however now the app has been in use for a while. I don’t know how I ever lived without it. It reduces the anxiety you get being uncertain whether you’ll have space to park and find where you need to go without having to ask anyone. The live feed is very useful in understanding what is happening and can help avoid a wasted journey if my colleagues aren’t in that same day.

It’s great to know I have a desk and parking space when I arrive at the office
I can see how the wayfinding is useful for new starters but personally I don’t need it. The car park booking is great because it lets you in without a fob and avoids nearly crashing into the pillar. It’s a shame it doesn’t show you where the empty spaces are but overall a really good app

This needs a lot of improvement
This has to be THE WORST app I’ve ever used (both personally and professionally). This isn’t ready for employee use yet, it surely can’t have passed QA, it very rarely loads or works and you get a different result each time you click on something. The desk booking is awful, you can’t see who is sitting near you/ who has booked desks, you can very rarely book your own desk without an error message and there doesn’t seem to be a page to view existing bookings either - all very basic stuff. This is truly an awful app

Has it been QA’d?
You always expect early iterations to require tweaks but I’ve not idea how this was signed off. It’s in no way fit for purpose.
If the people who sit in the office delivered something of this poor quality for the Three app or site, they’d be out the door, which they’d probably struggle to find, if they used the map on this.
