Worst Customer Services and System(wanted to give negative review but there isn’t option)
I recently tried to buy ticket, but there was app issue which is why I couldn’t get any verification for ticket in the app or mail so I bought ticket from the other site but my money was deducted and they didn’t even give me refund but said as they sent sms which is why it was my fault and i could have called or mailed them and said as a educated person i should have mailed them but they didn’t even bother to check their mail as i had mailed them the whole situation.
Such a bad service.
