Fixed issue where OAuth credentials weren't working for online map services. Fixed issue where geometry editing wouldn't start if the spatial references were mismatched. Fixed theming issues. Fixed issue where null M/Z values were not accepted. Replaced toggles with checkboxes on Edits Manager page to fix invisible controls when background is white. Fixed issue where searchable text appeared in search when sublayer parent was not visible.
