  • It doesn’t work

    I downloaded the app and it will not work at all. It is frozen on a page!

I’m addition, we have added service maps, a FAQ page, price sheets, a link to our YouTube channel, add and edit personal information, and a host of new background features to help streamline the ordering process.   • Can’t use it.

    I’ve been HomeGuard customer for several years, I like their service. So I thought it would be easier to schedule inspection through the app. I downloaded it, opened it, filled in my info, but an update notice popped up and stayed in the front of page, like frozen. I can’t remove it and can’t check anything on the app. I tried to re- open the app many times, still the same. Hope they can fix the bug.

  • Worked Great Until…Ridiculous

    As soon as a splash page went up instructing me to update the app I made sure it was updated. But I had the same version as the required update. Fast forward three weeks and I haven’t been able to use it. It says the splash page will automatically expire after October 1. Maybe I’ll use HomeGuard after that. I’ve tried reinstalling I tried everything tapping outside the box tapping inside the box tapping in the corners nothing….what a waste of time.
