Waited long enough

The promised synchronization between devices for so long…. I’ve waited long enough, switching to a better app.

Not impressed

I’ve used the 5 version for years. This version takes away some important and useful options. When all my information was installed everything was in a categorized icon folder, where is the ALL list !? I felt like I was missing stuff cause everything was not categorized in my 5 version. I want the key pad back for the password or at least give the option for those who wanna simple digital number and for those who want a fort-Knox type of password. I forgot my password already and didn’t get any options or codes, or emails to renew my password. I had to delete the account cause if I can’t get into it why have it. I’m really disappointed in this version, You took away good option. Ya should have left well enough alone.

Bit unfair other comments

App is different - some new things are better but some of the old features were not taken to this version - but I do like it and happy to continue using it

I prefer version 5

Version 5 doesn’t now work since I upgraded my iPad to iOS 18. I don’t suppose it’ll get an update.
With version 5, I can go to the various sites held within and click on the chain icon at the top which populates my user name and password. With version 6, it can’t be done. Plus, each time I want to get into 6, I’ve got to type the entry password. This just isn’t as convenient, or secure, as the tri colour/symbols/number system. Hopefully, they’ll be some big updates and get it back to a version of 5. P.s. An update fixed logging into version 5. I still prefer 5 to version 6 though.

Hi, oneSafe 5 had problems with iOS 18 the first week, it's now fixed. For oneSafe 6, we'll improve it. For now, you can use biometrics to avoid typing your password.

Out with the Old in with the new

I purchased the app 8 November 2014 and I’ve seen numerous changes throughout the years. Now lots of changes; correction. This a total redesign and rebuild of OneSafe. What ever I was found of isn’t here anymore, except for the overall security. Hopefully many of the old favorites will return because they were just that good. I decline criticism simply cause I’m not a programmer. I do miss ability to open websites from the app, and how I was able to arrange images in my preferred order. I’m here awaiting the new and creative updates to come!

Best App

I was using another competitor but their admin support were useless. I jumped ship to One Safe quite a few years ago & been extremely happy with them. Like the layout of entries and ease of use & back up facilities.

One safe has been really great ,but the new version is messy , can’t see how to easily change from dark mode - to light mode and clean graphics that don’t look like they were drawn by preschool children.

We changed the screens to make it more powerful and flexible (in particular items that can have sub-items and so on). Now we use it in the team for several months, we can't use the previous version anymore. It requires a bit of adaptation, but you'll see, it's awesome.

I have been using this App for years. It has been getting better and better.

I load passwords and codes for many different areas of my life. I can sort them by categories, work, home, music, parents, school, etc.

It is a secure app that is at my finger tips. I highly recommend.

Missing features from OneSafe 5 +

Good that you are improving security etc but . . .

Where has the option to manually sort in list view by dragging the items? Please put this back in the next update.

Where is the list view on iPad? List view in OneSafe 5 was so much better on the iPhone

Where has the tri-pin code feature gone? Quite unique and very useful. Maybe it lowers the App security too much??

Please tone down the cartoon effects, this is a serious App not a game.
