严重的欺诈
销售，客服，财务，每个部门都在踢皮球，销售欺诈，客服说我不知道我看到的就是这样，财务按条款收费！最近说什么弄了app 点餐，销售打电话过来的时候说是免费试用，只字未提正式投入使用的时候的收费，问的时候也不告知，后来不知道什么时候正式投入使用，可是试用的时候有人电话告知，正常投入使用的时候却根本就没有告知你，也没有告知你任何收费标准，只是直接从你帐上扣钱！我都不知道从什么时候开始扣钱，三个月后我才发现每个月都有扣款！没有经过别人同意，就卖给人家东西，这算什么东西？强买强卖吗？我每个月大概从aiya那边有两三千营业额过来，可是却收取将近500块钱的费用！它们可真的好意思扣钱啊！可笑的是我自己都不知道也没有用过它们口中说的App，估计也没有客人用过！然后我要求取消和申请退款，然后客服跟我说的更气死人，你是没有用，可是服务确实已经提供了！然后我说要申请退款或者是按下载量收费，客服告诉我说，如果你申请退款，这个取消程序没有办法进行，下个月还是继续收费！这就是明摆着吃定你！然后我咬牙切齿的放弃申请退款取消，然后取消流程等了一个星期，今天收到客服的电话，销售当初跟我说的是免费提供那些机器，而且没有任何合同，现在客服却告诉我是租的，我问租的我退了需不需要钱，他说不知道，要等财务也走完取消程序才知道，所以现在取消需不需要给钱我也不知道🤷，这个取消程序还在继续，但愿一切顺利。当然也不排除这是某些销售的恶性操作，但这是我血淋淋的教训，如果你人傻钱多，可以继续跟aiya合作，否则远离aiya，生活愉快！另外我是小店，跟aiya杠不起来，如果你店大，有时间、财力、精力，像这种强买强卖没有经过你同意签字就收取费用的行为，应该可以去告aiya，说不定能得到一笔不错的赔偿。
