App Does Not Work
During install tech could not get it to work and after install have not been able to get it to work.Robemil

For the last week it has been fine but for six weeks it didn’t work more then it did. I called talked to someone about payment decided I would pay on app but kind find where. I made payment then few days later I got bill that said I already had a late fee. I’m trying to be patient.zyxsammy

Timer feature not working
While I do like the app to be able to turn off the internet to certain people or devices, one of the features I was looking forward to the most was being able to set times that my children could have internet. That feature does not work and if I try to set a timer, the app freezes and I have to restart the app.Show lessSigningSue
