Incredibly inaccurate identifications. Not worth the I wish I could give this app a great review. The info is valuable but the identification is so bad - in the single digits I’d say . it’s completely inaccurate. There has to be a better way to do this. It’s awful. They also charged me for both of their apps- the rock I’d and the gem I’d and were asked multiple times to cancel and ignored those requests. Stay away from these guys. They have very poor business ethics and their identifiers seem to work off of color only- shameless money at all!Show lessgoodgrief8765

I picked out petrified wood for this app to identify because every app I’ve ever got was not very good at IDENTIFYING the rock. It picked it up and ID it right. It’s a keeper!Les1209
