TERRIBLE customer service
It’s been almost two weeks since I paid for it and despite having informed them multiple times through the in app function and emails, I’ve yet to even here back from them, never mind fix the issue. I can understand that mistakes happen and developers can be really busy, but to not even inform the customer that they have received the complaint/issue, is pretty shocking.
I’m not holding my breath that it’ll be fixed any time soon, if at all!
Its a shame, I would’ve given it a good review, as I really enjoy it, but I can’t recommend the game, but if you do get it, steer well clear of the subscription service!!!
