very glad I downloaded however a few more things would,
1. Its a pain to toggle a sample to loop the way it is now, if there was a way to loop it in a single click or swipe, like, you hold the pad and drag it up then let go, the pad falls back into place but it is now looping. tap, hold, drag up and let go again and it stops looping. something like that or even just a button under each pad
2. If there was an option to export samples separately, unchained. And if not, add a good 5+ seconds between each sample so when we go to chop it back up its easier. often i will have samples of similar volume and audio wave shape and it looks like one sample. so i chop it out, and then after Ive chopped them all im like, wait... wheres THAT sample? and i go back and yepp, it was RIGHT after the sample that was similar in wave length and shape, i could not tell where the samples started and ended without zooming WAY in and then its just an annoyance.
3. I read in the desc. something about dragging samples into koala? Im glad that you must have made it easier. im about to try it, but if you could somehow get each sample to apply to the next empty pad in the iOS app youre dragging and dropping into, that would be a game changer. seriously. or even just one at a time. again, im about to go check it out but i really hope its not like, you can now drag the entire sample chain into one koala pad then you gotta split it all up..
either way, AWESOME app. helps so much when low on inspiration or creative block... dont stop improving it!!! thank you for this app and for reading my feedback :)

Thank you very much. You can export samples individually of course. Tap the export button and there are two options.
Fire! One request?

I'll try porting this one. Fingers crossed :)
Time saving!
Edit: The sample chain pitch issue has been fixed!! Thank you Alex!

Thank you. I am so glad you find it useful
Very Promising
Problem, when I add samples to the ‘crate’ and try and export a sample chain or individual samples, the resulting file has no audio and a file size of 4kb. This is exporting to Cubasis3 and BeatMaker 3.

Love the idea and the usefulness. One thing that is really needed is scrubbing/waveform view so you can scan through a sample easy. Right now it always starts from the beginning. If you have acapellas, it’s good to scan through to the hook to see how it sounds. A great app and looking forward to seeing it develop further!

It has one on YouTube. But apparently I forgot to link it Also… it’s a file browser like Files app. I’m assuming everyone knows how to use that
Surprising Results!
Since installing Sample Crate, I’ve discovered just how messy my downloaded files really are. It seems the various apps I download things with all put them in different and unexpected places of the “On this iPad” folder and my iCloud. Sample Crate has been an interesting view into the weird file management in iOS.

for moving created kits into bm3 would the easiest way be to tag and import via files app?
all the best with this.
Response from developer
Thanks. I usually open up Sample Crate over BM3 in slide over an drag them over one by one. They don't support dragging multiple samples like Koala does
