Huge disappointment
What a joke - don’t waste your time. If you sign up as a customer, have a great time waiting hours or days before anyone picks up your request. Tried this app 3 times in one month - not sure why it’s still up and running when clearly nobody intends to pick up the request. And if you contact them via messaging they won’t even reply. My parents live 45 min from me. I needed a way to make sure they have their driveway cleared. After not having luck getting quotes by calling around this app was amazing!
It helps to be able to pay on my phone and Dillon M picked up my request with in minutes.
I’m, not in a rush but I’m so grateful to see he picked it up like that on a weekend late in the day.

I keep getting a grey screen very frustrating
I requested service however I am not able to see any update on the app because the app is grey. No way to see if request is pending or accepted this is very frustrating.Anny Correnti

Scam
I tried to use this once and got no response to my job until a day later when I had already found someone to shovel my drive. It was critical because I just had surgery and needed a way for the nurse to visit. I was charged on my credit card for the job that they never did. No services responded
I got no responses to my request for service. Maybe there aren’t enough servicers in my area. Whatever the reason, this app did not help me find anyone to clear my driveway. I erased this app from my phone. Maybe one of the other apps will help me find service.I don't really like nicknames
They don’t pay and don’t ever respond to email/calls
For the past year I’ve been asking about some simple enhancements, like the radius search for jobs is 20 miles for the minimum currently. I’m not driving upto 20 miles for a job with fuel prices the way they are, never mind my time. Worse yet, I did a job nearby last month that I never got paid for. Not doing this anymore. Not a good service
The app was easy enough to use, but doesn’t offer in-app messaging or indication of how long the service provider will take to arrive. Also, after having a service accepted, there’s no guarantee it will be completed. Today, five hours after accepting, my request was placed back into a pending acceptance state. The only way to contact the Quikplow by phone leads to an unanswered phone with a full mailbox, so there’s no support for immediate issues. Overall a bad experience.Show lessTedador the Evil
Great to use
The app was great to use. I got someone assigned to me quickly, I wish there was an option to see estimated time of arrival because if I needed someone quicker it wouldn’t have worked out because I was serviced 4 hours after I was accepted.
