  • System failure

    App isn’t showing my Investment .Dashboard shows error since about two weeks
  • So very well set up and easy to navigate!

    I love this app, it was simple to log in to and the way it’s designed makes it easy for me to keep up with my little investments with Hignell. Thank you to the developers.
  • No Biometric Sign in

    The biggest hurdle in using the app is no biometrics sign in features. Makes you use less secure, easy to remember password.

  • Saved Credentials

  • Has Worked in the Past

    I’ve been using the app for the last year or so without a hitch but in the last several days I haven’t been able to get on it. It’s either got refresh or exit and I can’t get it to go to the portal I need. this is the first time there’s been a bug that doesn’t seem to be fixed.

We have now fixed the problem, so you should be able to login without issue. If you still have trouble, please try deleting the app and re-installing. Thank you!
  • Hasn’t worked since the update.

    Can’t log in since the update. Just says something went wrong and neither refresh or logout work.

  • Since the last update my app is not working

    My app loads and opens up my business, but after the initial open, it freezes up and will not reopen , with deleting the current version and reloading.

    I can not log in to the app and it’s constantly given me issues for the last year of using it.

    I have to delete and reinstall the app all the time. Very frustrating.
