52,000 Jamaican dollars disappear
Good night. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent transaction I made. Earlier today, I transferred JMD 52,427.52 to my friend’s account in Jamaica. However, when they attempted to withdraw the funds from an ATM, the transaction was marked as void. They then tried to access the funds from a different bank, but no money was reflected in the account. It is concerning that the transferred amount has not reached the intended recipient’s account. I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide clarity on the status of the funds. Please confirm if there were any issues with the transfer process and ensure the money reaches my friend’s account as soon as possible. Can’t receive money and info doesn’t update
Continuously having issues receiving from western Union which is the only reason why I got this card. Also dates and times in the transaction information is all wrong. Everything is out of date and won’t update. Currently looking for another solution. This is not reliableBeauty mrks

Because why each time me open the app it want mi sign in all ova again which make no sense its just irritating to know that every time you open the app you afto putting your information over and over non senseBoasidon

Hi! We apologize for the delay in response. You can update your ID at any Western Union retail location which will allow you to continue using the GK One app and card. However, please note that the GK One App & card can only be used to collect Western Union money transfers, not MoneyGram.Needs improvement.
It has glitches and issues on both my devices. The main problem I have is not being able to accurately track my transactions. A purchase would be made yesterday/ last week and it shows up as the current day and takes awhile to adjust.
Then the actual transactions comes up as codes/numbers no name of business shown.Show lessSam.JMD
