I’ve been using this app for well over a month now and I’m seeing some progress not only in my diet, but my physic as well. Each workout if tailored you you, and provided from your trainer. If you’re new to workouts like me or even advanced in the field. This app is for you, a diverse food library to track your meals, calories, water intake and more. A personal 1 on 1 feature to go over your workouts with the trainer, and a way to track your progress with just a few clicks. I’ve had a great experience using this and I plan on continuing!
