Accessibility Issues & disappointing customer service.
This app fails to accommodate that. Even incremental changes to text size causes it to load pages you cannot exit, or go back / move forward because menus / navigation buttons are at the very bottom and no longer apear on your phone screen.
I contacted their customer Service w. Screen shots of the issue, but as soon as she realized it was because I was using it with increased text size on the iPhone, which makes it unusable unless I carry an iPad Pro around instead her tone was;
Ok Great thanks for letting me know that’s not a problem with OUR APP then… glad YOU figured out YOUR problem (your eyes & your iPhone) thanks byyye.
Clearly they haven’t heard of AODA.
I Specifically searched for their apps coz I loved their planners. Was so excited to find the Habit Tracker.
This toneDEAF response to their lack of integration with common accessibility features certainly solved that though.
