Due to an unforeseen issue on one of our cloud servers, the system became temporarily unavailable, causing the app filing to launch We have resolved the issue and implemented additional safeguards to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I would like to invite you to try Rightee again as we are committed to making sure everything runs smoothly for you and fellow golfers. NOT A FREE TRIAL

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience with our free trial and hope our reply helps to clarify the process. While it's true that to start a trial, users have to sign up to the auto-renewable subscription as required by Apple guidelines for trials, they are only charged at the end of the trial period. If a user cancels before the trial period ends, they are not charged. Can’t use it don’t have a handicap

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that not all golfers have a handicap, and we apologize if this has caused any inconvenience. While our current sign-up process does require a handicap, please be assured that you can input a temporary number (e.g., 0) to gain access to the app. The Rightee app offers a variety of features that many golfers find tremendously handy, regardless of their handicap status. We're also pleased to tell you that we are updating our app to make the handicap requirement optional during sign-up. Score bug

Thank you for your feedback regarding the net and gross scores. I believe this issue is happening because your handicap is set as a "Plus Handicap". This results in handicap being added to your gross score instead of substracted. To fix this, you can head to Profile, click on the edit button next to your name, and where it says "Handicap", tap on the "plus hcp" button to deactivate it. This should solve the problem. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your query about adjusting tee and hole positions within the Rightee app. Regarding tee positions, the app automatically provides distances from your current location, ensuring accuracy based on the tee box you're at on the course. With this in mind, your distances should be accurate no matter where the tee positions are on that day. For hole placement adjustments, while manual flag movement isn't available yet, you can get the same experience by moving the draggable target to reflect the day's pin position. You can make this easier by tapping the red button on the GPS page to zoom in on the green, enabling you to obtain distances to the precise flag location. We value your input and aim to ensure the app reflects any permanent course changes promptly. Wrong course map
Needs major update for me to think about moving from the Grint and hole 19 app. Hope to see some changes soon.
