Can’t use MFA
This app is awful. You can’t even use MFA if you want to keep your logging in secure. If you even try to add MFA it just acts like your username and password is incorrect even though it isn’t. Threatlocker is a pain in the butt.Jonathan Self
Fix requests
Works good. Some time ago the request reason stopped working.
Emails and web display what people have requested, but in the app it’s just a random string of letters and numbers. Fix that and she’s good.
And please just make it so we can stay logged in for longer if it protected by additional biometrics like FaceID etcShow lessFinchwizard
Login issue
It won’t let me copy and paste my password from a password manager, which means I have to manually type in a massively long password every time. It also ignores the “stay logged in for X days”, which compounds the issue.JustinHoMi
