A career app where I feel heard
This app is wonderful, I am not sure if any recruiters have been watching my videos but I have been adding the link to my apps! It is nice to have a my voice actually heard instead of words on a resume. It would be nice to see if videos had external views.

On the page to enter ph number, i wanted to read the privacy policy bc of concerns raised by “it’ll make it easier to reach your friends and colleagues “ , but the blue links are not working. How is my phone used? Is it going to go into my contacts list?

Thank you for raising these important privacy concerns. The broken links were a technical issue that we've since fixed - both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are now fully accessible in the app. Regarding contacts access: we only access contacts information if you explicitly choose to share it, and you control exactly which contacts you want to connect with. Each contact sharing request requires your specific permission. We take your privacy seriously and believe in giving users control over their data.
Great product
Just completed an interview on the app. Seamless experience, I see a huge market opportunity for them as AI applications become more and more of a problem for recruiters and companies.
Helped me get a job
After almost a year of applying for jobs and barely ever hearing back I created an allUP profile and started sharing it out. Was a game changer and I am starting my new role on Monday
It’s kinda genius and I kinda love it
I’ve only been on the app for 48 hours but it’s been so fun to use. It feels like Tik tok meets linkedin meets a dating app. I love sharing and chatting with others about my awesome coworkers and seeing them grow and networks and this app does that in an easy way. And AI generating tags? thank you! Amazing

Super supportive in the job hunt! The app is super accessible and easy to navigate. Adds dimensionality to the job search that is sorely needed!

While I haven’t had success yet using the app to find a job. I do appreciate their take on how the process should go and I look forward to using this platform to hopefully find my next role.

A Great New Way to Connect with Employers
I love AllUp! I’ve been using it to apply for a few jobs and love the way that it helps me to distinguish myself from my resume (which probably looks like all too many out there). I’ve always believed (and been told) that I excel in interviews and I know that’s the case for many people as well, so this model of featuring yourself through interview prompts has been a welcome way to move past an initial reliance on a resume/cover letter. So far I’ve been getting some good feedback, and I’ve loved supplying my AllUp profile as a “personal site” when applying for jobs. Also, the career/coaching support from staff has been much appreciated!
