A Great New Way to Connect with Employers
I love AllUp! I’ve been using it to apply for a few jobs and love the way that it helps me to distinguish myself from my resume (which probably looks like all too many out there). I’ve always believed (and been told) that I excel in interviews and I know that’s the case for many people as well, so this model of featuring yourself through interview prompts has been a welcome way to move past an initial reliance on a resume/cover letter. So far I’ve been getting some good feedback, and I’ve loved supplying my AllUp profile as a “personal site” when applying for jobs. Also, the career/coaching support from staff has been much appreciated!Dustymo16

FIrst off you guys, this tool is 100% free - who's mad at that? allUP allows you to use your own voice and personality to express your job experience and what you have accomplished. I highly recommend signing up for the service, record some videos and meet with someone on the team to speak about your profile and how you can utilize it in several different ways.KaitlynSkyee
Best Way to Get You Out There and Up Your Job Search
For anyone looking to enhance their resume and/or job search, I would highly recommend getting this app. They care about their users; I’ve spoken with the founders and a few members of their team on how to enhance my profile and how to approach job searching in an environment saturated with jobs that have thousands of applicants. allUP is literally changing the game & I’m so here for it 🙌🏻. The onboarding process was extremely smooth. It took roughly 10mins to download the app & set up my profile (which included recording videos).
I’m just amazed at how comfort meets profession. You’re telling me I can lay in my bed & speak about my accomplishments like I would to a friend, and still somehow land an interview?! Well, that’s exactly how it played out for me after just being on the app for a few days.
