Doesn’t work well and nothing comes of requests
The app used to show billing information but it was so poor and inaccurate that they eventually had to delete the section entirely rather than fix it. Maintenance requests don’t have an option for “entire site down” (e.g. hot water, which goes out on the daily now, nonfunctional lifts, hallway lighting, etc.). Feedback is never received. All in all it’s a pretty useless app.Show lessBored Redhead
