The app did no correctly identify our calamansi tree and either gave us a Kumquat or Persian lime tree

You charge me if I use the service, never logged on to the app, the auto renewal was turned on, and was charged multiple times, I have raised a claim issue, but the claim was rejected. This is not fair business.

Says toxic plant is safe for pets
They specify that Carnations are “safe for humans and animals”. They are toxic to cats. I haven’t checked other plants yet.
App is okay
I had been walking with my bf and he asked what a plant was I said I didn’t no but downloaded this app to see for what I needed it did what was expected. Saw a lot of bad reviews I haven’t ran into those issues so all in all I still have it on my phone and continue to use it as of now . Thanks

Why does this app not have the means to cancel payments and the app. Before the free 3 days. So annoying. I clicked for free 3 day trial and receive message to say thanks for payment. Wouldn’t buy it now even if I like it because I’m wasting time now by having to cancel payment with my bank. So stupid you lose customers by making it so impossible to cancel.

They say you get a week free trial but if you cancel within the week, you still get charged. Shady as. Should be banned.
OK, second time because they deleted my first review
Not a good app this is the second time I’m filling out my review because it just all of a sudden deleted my first one the app contradiction itself before I even started using it during the walk-through where the app shows me an example of the plant it has it showed money tree that goes on to contradicted itself in each paragraph things like don’t give a direct sunlight and then at the end says gives 4-6 hours of direct. It does this for soil type it does it for the pH and it does it for the fertilizer each one contradicts itself I’m deleting this app. It’s no good. I have over 200 house plants and I don’t know how many outside ones, I just need these apps to help me remember the names of them but if I was new, this would not be helpful. I would be so confused. Print example it says fertilize every two weeks during the gross season and then it ends with fertilized twice a year which one is it? So it’s not picky about pH, but then goes and tells you the exact Ph each that it needs, also goes on to say not picky about soil, but then tells the exact kind of soil it needs which one is like I said if if I was new starting out, this would be extremely maybe at least have the correct information on the walk-through of the plant that you’re showing me not misinformation or contradicting yourself try hard harder

I just downloaded this app for more information about my plants….like what I should do in certain situations if I’m watering enough or not enough, when to fertilize, things of that nature I’m having a problem with gnats and have bought sticky sticks to catch most of them. I know it’s from the soil being to wet this app will help with the watering cycle 🤞🏻

Gives me wrong plants
I tried taking pictures of several different plants and it kept giving me the wrong information. Waste of money.
