Really poor experience
First, I could not find anywhere to add a gift card for payment. I did not know what oz correlated to what size of drink. It just says small medium large. I had no options to remove an ingredient. I added special instruction to remove banana from something and it clearly had banana. They do not give an option to order first and pay when you get there so I had to use cash instead of the gift card. I tried to log in on a browser to see if I could add gift card there and could not log in. It said an account didn’t exist with the email but I had just created one and was ordering with it.

Cannot redeem reward on app
Great food and service, but the app could use an update. Tried placing an order on the app and could not use the available birthday reward. I even tried to order straight from the Rewards link that says Order Now and the reward still doesn’t work. We will have to order in store and wait for the order instead of picking up. I hope the other rewards can be used without any issues. This may only be a glitch with the bday reward.

This app feels very thrown together. Ordering is a mess but I didn’t have issues with account creation like others mentioned.

Tried to connect my in store account to my app and it won’t work. Seems everyone else is having this problem, too. Frustrating.

App won’t even let you create an account?! You can’t even enter your email.
Cannot create account with phone number used instore
I’ve tried to create an account several times with the number I use to collect points when I purchase from Tru Bowl. The app will just respond with a message to try to use a different contact info or to contact support.
