Horrible memberships
I downloaded this app because my favorite coffee shop was advertising it. I paid for one month but then about 2 weeks in I decided not to continue the description. Even know I paid for a month after I discontinued my subscription, so they wouldn’t charge me, I lost the rest of the month I paid for. There’s no way to contact anyone for a refund. CoffeePass is great if you like to frequent various specialty coffee show in central FL. Easily switch between them and order ahead. Highly recommend.Enp16

Supporting Local
I use CoffeePass here in Central Florida where there's quite a bit of (premium!) local shops on the app. I love that it brings my favorite things, like order ahead and digital payments, to some of my favorite small businesses. Some of the businesses offer some pretty cool exclusive events and offerings through the app, too. Looking forward to CoffeePass continuing to grow and getting more shops online! So easy to use!
I frequent a number of coffee shops locally and this app makes it effortless to jump between them and have an easy to use way to order at each of them. Love the convenience!al.cfl.1980
Nothing but problems
Easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. First I put in an order and it says it’s ready for pickup…the coffee shop I selected was closed permanently. It didn’t even have furniture inside anymore. It took a weeks for me to get my money back also.
My second time I show up to pickup my order at another coffee shop (that the app let me place an order at) and the young lady working looked at me strange when I said I had an online order. She said that haven’t used this app in months.
I’m deleting this app and cutting my losses instead of dealing with another disappointment.Show lessTheBubbaSmith
