The fan is nice. I bought so I could use the phone app to turn it on/off etc. can’t get it to pair and no support. Pretty useless.MartinFamily
An absolute headache to pair, but I managed
Off the bat, the app design is horrendous. On top of that, I originally couldn’t get the app to pair with my fan. Two days later, though, after deleting the app and downloading it again, I managed to do it. The problem, as it turns out, is that the app didn’t request Bluetooth permissions the first time I downloaded it. The second time, though, it did. Overall, the app looks terrible and pairing is a headache, but I managed.CrippleGoneCrazy
