Scammers don’t buy anything from these people
Purchased three tickets from this company to visit the Sagrada familia in Barcelona…..tickets don’t work, they are not accepted. They tell you to download the app, give you a username and password to access your tickets, after your logged into the app, there is no way to access you tickets. This company stole 120 dollars, they are scammers, garbagejdpattison

Extremely difficult to follow through the real alcazar. Doesn’t go in order of the rooms and should have a map and better pictures to figure out where you are.lainee123
About the worst audio tour I ever experienced
Purchased the “Mosque of Cordova” tour with audio. The experience was terrible: the (English) narration was dull, most of the time the offline text reader kicked in due to weak cellular signal. There was no map to follow so we blindly listened to whatever we assumed was applicable. The narration, while full of historical facts, lacked the human touch.Greg Cz

I made the mistake of purchasing my audio guided tour of the Alhambra through this company and it was a total nightmare. Not only do they charge DOUBLE for their guide, which is offered free at the Alhambra, but the app glitches out constantly and hardly works.
In addition, they sent me over 10 emails in 24 hours which was wildly confusing when trying to figure out where my actual ticket was. When I tried to find their physical location, it was incorrect. Every map I used showed a different location.
When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful.

Garbage
I used this for the Mezquita-Catedral in Cordoba. First, I had trouble signing in. The email and password must be entered in Spanish, even though it sent it to me in English. Not a big deal but it did not mention this anywhere. The App itself is pretty clunky. It gives no direction on where to go to see the things it is explaining and the explanations are very short. The worst part though is that it requires cell service which is very poor inside the building, and I imagine even worse when there are a lot of people inside straining the network. This caused it to lag, stop and sometimes completely not work. They should have just loaded all the info into the App. Don’t waste your time or money on this trash.P dub Welch

Abysmal
No one stopped to consider the most basic elements of a tour experience when designing this app. If you navigate away from the app, the audio stops. If you lock your phone screen to put your phone in your pocket, the audio stops. If you hold your phone but don’t poke it every few seconds, your phone may lock, causing the audio to stop. The play button doesn’t work, so whenever the audio stops it must be restarted from the beginning.

Not a good way to tour
We used my top tour to see the Alhambra. It was disappointing and expensive. You need internet in order to use the app which I didn’t have. Other members of the group didn’t like it because they were unable to use their phone to take pics while the audio was running and therefore had to choose between taking pics or listening to the tour.
