The chicken pieces were tender, and the sauce had a wonderful depth of flavor. The garlic naan was soft and pillowy, with the perfect amount of garlic, while the biryani was fragrant, with a good mix of spices and vegetables. It wasn't overly greasy, and the rice was fluffy, though I would have liked a bit more heat in the biryani.
