Utterly non-functional
To be fair, the app did work the first time I booted it up, however, after paying for a subscription, every time I have opened the app since, there has been an error saying that the network connection has failed and prompting me to try again. There is very little support to be found online, and what I could find boiled down to resetting your VPN configuration or your network configuration, which is quite a hassle for what should be a small problem, and doing so still didn’t fix the issue. Will not load
Had this and was working fine for about a year and suddenly the app will not load and support is non existent. Was a 5 star app till now.FFB cursed
Network error
Don’t get my wrong, I love this app, but lately it’s been giving me a ‘network connection failed, please try again’. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my network, updated my phone, restarted my phone, but nothing is working. I’ve seen other reviews and other people have the same problem, so I know it’s not my device. Please fix this bug.Show lessIvegotproblems3
It stopped working
The app is great, I paid to use it for a year but for some strange reason it just stopped working close to Christmas, it’s new years now and I’m still out of the app with the message “network connection failed please try again” tried deleting and reinstalling, turning off the phone, I even turned the vpn of and everything, nothings worked, want to get in contact but I can’t find the app’s email anywhere, I’ll still hold on to hope and not cancel the subscription, I know you all can fix it, I just want a guiding light or something, my manga ain’t reading it’s self, right? Not working
Keep getting a connection error. Tried updating iOS, deleting and reinstalling, turning phone on/off- basically everything except resetting my phone. Help!Jojosez
Good but issue

Worked fine from 05/22 to 12/22
I loved this app for a while, good library. Expected download option in updates and still waiting for it to be included. But suddenly the app doesn’t work , shows me error msg for “network connection failed, try again later” tried reinstalling, resetting my network settings nothing works. kindly fix this issue or at-least grant me refund.
