Hi! Sorry for the inconvenience. Actually what we have perceived from your review is that video background changer app detects the humans and remove the objects that's how it can remove or replace the background. You are using object ('pancake flipping') and not human in your video, that's why you you are unable to see anything after removing background of your video. Try it on any video in which humans are involved and you will see the best results. Hopefully you will understand and change the review. We have also replied you on the email before but couldn't get an answer. So be positive. Thanks for understanding. If not satisfied, please explain your question again and as you are paid user, use the application freely and give us the feedback again. Thanks
