Worked until it didn’t
First it was fine. Then it took ages to pair. Now, when it finally pairs, it won’t connect and let me adjust volume. Waiting, twirling, waiting, twirling, ….. , waiting. Not Ready for Prime Time.And now, nothing…

Wil not stay connected to my hearing aids. Wish I could go back to Soundlink2 which worked extremely well78733

Responded by email and stated that they would get back to me it’s been two weeks no reply. I have a new iPhone after using iPhone 7 upgraded thinking it would fixed the problem no this app has a connection problem and so tired of having to turn off my hearing aids to reconnect and sometimes that doesn’t work. Having to turn off iPhone to try to keep a connection so done with this app.Show lessFAH4379

They rolled this upgrade out to fast. I wasted a good couple of hours trying to get my aids to pair, never did. Bigger gripe is how inaccessible the company is. I’ve tried to call them before, can’t get an answer, if they answer you’re on hold forever. I wish I’d gotten a different brand of aids.morgang48
