Don’t be tempted to buy this game, impossible to complete and I’m obviously not the only one going by the other comments and ratings. The “Contact Us” button doesn’t work either and it doesn’t seem like the developers care about the customer comments either so avoid like the plague!!!!!Lamby pie
I love this game but…
Hi - I, like others, have reached the 3rd hotel and I’m unable to complete the 2nd level as it requires me to put the guest into a yellow room but there is no yellow room - only green, blue and red! I’m sure you’re aware of this - can you please reply to one of our reviews and let us know when this will be fixed? I’ve spent money on the game Like others have so it’s a bit unfair that we can’t progress any further… many thanksShow lessKelBelle Louise

Don’t get this game
I spent lots of money on this game. I can’t finish the 3rd hotel the colors don’t match. They need to fix this game or refund your money because you can’t finish the game. Plus you can’t reach the developers dreamjoy to report an issue.Cowboyngirl

I got to the third hotel and it is impossible to match the person to the rooms on the 2nd level. Very strange. Even when you match the correct room, it doesn’t acknowledge this and you cannot progress at all. This needs sorting out asapSusie6146

Rip Off - DO NOT DOWNLOAD
As the other reviewers mentioned, it is impossible to finish the third hotel, second level. I’m pretty sure the developers are aware of this issue, but have not taken the time to fix the bug. It seems to me they created the game to collect a couple of dollars and move on. Those of us that purchased boosters should be refunded money spent. Customer service cannot be reached!Show lessRenee P.
