The sign up and sign in process with two apps is unnecessarily complicated and overall just a dumb design and whoever made this decision should be fired. my daughter always plays this game and begged me to buy the membership. i bought her the level up math membership and it is awesome! great math hame for all ages and you can play with friends. my daughter is learning new things everyday and it is so fun to watch her play. one thing i do wish was changed, is the prices of memberships so please, if you can, i would love it if the prices were a little lower. anyway, this game is defiantly recommended!!Show lessTiredMomLA
Subscription non user friendly
Probably the only app I see which has most confusing ways to manage memberships. They created an app for parents from where we can’t manage memberships… it’s so confusing that every time I have to pause or restart .. I need to contact suppprt.Hujvfdhj
It’s nice but…
Prodigy for parents is nice but every time I put my child’s grade for new account it doesn’t let me. And also, when I do existing account, I put in the right password and user but it doesn’t let me. DO NOT GET THIS GAME(PRODIGY) FOR YOUR CHILD AND GET PRODIGY FOR PARENTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE TIME. Honestly, Smartick is better. Developer please read this. Is the best because I always get to talk about like my children that I get sick goals it is amazing. They feel like so happy and alive when they get these goals they always cheered. So I'm trying to put in my child's account and when I put in the password it won't let me go in saying it wrong when I know it's right because I asked them so many times and she kept saying the same thing so can you fix it?ava the uincorn
