I used Shortshare to make a link for a promo image. A few days later I opened the image and clicked on the link only to receive a message that the link had expired. Really? Uninstalled! I cannot have links to a sales page expiring.paulcoholic

This is a great tool! I downloaded this after my favorite URL shortener’s links began to break and not lead anywhere… Yours has been a game-changer! Hasn't worked once
Requires accounts with other services. Opens a nice little window on my desktop but, sadly, has not converted a single URL. Waste of money.Silverbeargrrrrrrr
Nice app if you're tech savy, otherwise, impossible..
I bought this because I need a URL shortener, and all this does is state "Failed to create Shortio link, Invalid domain name". I have no idea what that means, nor do I have any idea of what URL shortener services are. I tried to select one and it opened to a list of API Tokens, which led to more time spent messing around with technical information I don't have time to learn about. There was no indication that this app is intended for those who have knowledge beyond what's need for a Safari extension. Had I known I would have passed it by, as it is, it's useless.Show lessBklyn008
Rip off! Do not buy!
Does not work! Gives a error message for every link I try to shorten. So disappointed. If you want to throw away money this is the app for you. Better off sticking to the big guys, TinyURL, bitly etc.friedemmy

If the app does not work for you (which would be odd, since it does for many customers), you are free to request a refund to get your money back. Certainly, the app is not a "rip off".Does not work
The app simply does not work on my Mac. It will not open, will not create links, will not do quite literally anything but make an appearence in my safari browser. Waste of money!pauseplease

Shortshare is a menu-bar application. Please check the menu bar for the Shortshare icon after you launched the app. :)Wow
I spend so much time swapping webpages copying to docs etc, generating short urls. Not anymore.

Spotted a problem that was a tad frustrating when first using the app. Noted to developer. They responded like lightning.
So both great app and now works great too.
Only thing missing is in-app purchase of donations for the product. 😊Nuké
