Items must be unworn, with tags and in their original packaging. Grills and earrings cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. Additionally, due to the personalized nature of "custom" products, no refunds will be provided. However, if an item is damaged, we will offer repairs and/or replacement at our discretion.
