The app should include a benefits contact list beyond the appointment window. This will facilitate if the soldier wants to email those organizational departments that could help them. Some people do not look at the appointment bookings through the app, making the email or voice mail a better option. Additionally the app should include a link to the Army doctrines like the uniform orders. In summery, I love the concept of the app but we should stride to put more in our soldiers hands.
