Doesn’t work for my I phone

This app doesn’t work with my I phone and I chose to pay an annual fee and I see the app has disregarded my entry and plan to charge me a higher monthly fee.
Please refund my charges. It didn’t record any outgoing or incoming calls And charged me with an annual fee and monthly fee.

Greedy

I recently switched from android to apple. Android provides most apps for free. Apple apps charge exorbitant fees and are greedy pigs. Also the voice transcription does not work and this had to be typed. Poor service for too much money.

Does not auto record. Actually does not even work at all unless you purchase a subscription

Instructions are not clear!!!!!

Instructions are not clear!!!!! Wasted 30 min trying to record call and frustrated. Tried to do free trial and got signed on for year by mistake.

Warning! Do not purchase!

I needed to record calls for a legal battle I’m going through, and I used it for 2 calls and almost a month later I had an abnormal phone bill with international charges on it. After a little research I discovered this app uses an international number to conference the calls! I had to battle with my phone company to have the charges removed! This is not fair and very misleading to the customers! I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through, so I hope this helps!

You could register a call free of charge by selecting the service number of the country you live in. But I guess you chose different country number. To get a free trial you need to leave a review/comment. That’s not really a good practice, but whatever.
