- Need to expand on the range of items available to offer competitive range of products to the customer.
- 10 minutes is not a realistic time limit. It takes that much time to round up the items ordered. With Karachi traffic it is next to impossible to reach the customer within 10 minutes. 30 minutes is still realistic.
- Once you go to the cart, coming back to order more items is difficult to manoeuvre.

Very disappointing experience
It seems you can only get the delivery if you are physically present in an area where delivery is possible. I wanted to order delivery from my office for my home but based on my location I wasn’t able to do so.JKarachi
