Absolutely amazing much improved
Much improved over a few years ago when this came out. I would recommend trying the app again. It is fun and the floorplans are highly customizable.Xkwwwx

I scanned a hotel room for my free trial.
Says it’ll take 2-3 biz days to process the scan. Seemed outrageous but I figured they’re erring on the side of caution and it was free so I had nothing to lose by testing it.
Submitted at 10:26pm and received the “ready” email in under two hours, shortly after midnight. Pleasantly surprised with the lack of wait.
That’s how they got me. Since the free trial went so smooth I paid the $20 to do another floor scan.
This is the morning of the fourth business day (6th day overall) and it’s still “processing.” What a waste!Show lessSomeguywholikesspam

Even with the newly added free option I can’t give it a try because there is a -2 balance on a new account. What a jokeWorst idea ever
Didn’t work
I bought some credits and tried it out. After I finished scanning it went into a “processing” status for 15 minutes. I just deleted it. Don’t waste your money.zdzdzdzfz

If you don’t have ‘credits’ at floorplanner.com, you won’t be able to use it since it works only with these credits… 12 minimum. And don’t try to find how it works or if it fits your needs…. There’s no informations anywhere.Dareke123
Dear FloorPlanner,
This could be a good app but I don’t know because it is paywalled through micro transactions. I like Floorplanner.com and have made a rough copy of my homes main floor with it FOR FREE.
I understand that as a company you need to make money, my suggestion for FloorPlanner.com is to not hide behind micro transactions and rather just make the app cost $5. With that said you will need to have a policy made to accept refunds if the app doesn’t meet peoples expectations. Something like if you return within 6 hours of purchase etc.
This app also doesn’t seem to mention these transactions being required upfront, you hit this paywall immediately after logging in with an account, which a lot of people don’t want to do anyway. So to then block them with a previously unknown paywall is just kind of rude and scummy.Show lessLuxPoseidon
Must buy credits to use
Didn't try it because It needs you to buy credits to create projects. Not even one free project (limited or otherwise) to try it out. 😕lanod strebor
