False advertising
Box states it includes “12 preloaded i-Patterns and more!” I downloaded the app and there is only one demo pattern and you have to subscribe to a monthly/yearly membership. No instructions included. Demo is very vague. For the price this is beyond ridiculous. I will be returning this.

Here’s the thing:
You don’t get a tutorial, which is not very helpfull cause the app is very small but confusing. The bracelets are weird and again, it’s hard to know what to do. Just overall it is not very good.

Bug found: Pattern size limit to 17 thread count and 99 rows in creator and creator pro packages
Hello, I have unfortunately paid for both the creator and the creator pro subscriptions unsuccessfully trying to find a solution to a bug I crossed by with the plain creator version, where after trying to save an 18 thread bracelet design it would delete one thread, ruining the whole design. I have also noticed it has a limit of 99 rows to design. When I paid for both of those subscriptions, it was advertised that there wouldn’t be any pattern size limits for designing bracelets, which I have found not to be true. I need some assistance with this please, I have already spent around $100 CAD on both subscriptions (also there should have been a discount for getting the pro version if I already have the creator package, instead of charging full price for both). I have spent so much money in this app for a specifically design this 18 threads bracelets and it is not even useful for the design I need because it limits the pattern size when it said it wouldn’t.

Hi, Sorry to hear that the app doesn't fulfill your expectations. There is and has been a warning about the overall pattern size limit of 20 x 100 on the purchase screen, which is due to the fact that the computation is done on your devices, which have their own limits. After we talked on Twitter, I made it possible to turn off this limit (with the warning that the device may not be able to handle sizes beyond that limit), as well as fixed a bug that might have been the reason for the problems you described. I haven't heard any feedback from you ever since, so I can only hope that the fixes I made helped. I would really appreciate if you updated the review in light of the above.
