I love the variety of stretches and exercises available. They've helped improve my flexibility and overall fitness.
App not working
I installed the app, completed the bank details and was thanked for the subscription. The app will not open past the payment screen and my password is now showing as incorrect so I can’t change my subscription in-app. I asked to change the password only to be given a screen where I can’t physically add my email address. I am really disappointed. I have contacted the developers but haven’t heard back.

You might have to enter your credentials in the new version, and your 6-month free trial should start from that point onwards. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. A very HANDY app🙂
I use step tracker all the time. It’s very helpful as I can always use it on the go which helps me manage my cholesterol. I love the sleep meditation music. I am a light sleeper but I slept well because of the music.
Best fitness app in the Store
Dude your app is so useful it’s like the best one I’ve ever used it’s sooo useful the water tracker is so simple but I use it almost everyday and then being able to look up different nutritional values and also all kinds of recipes for however your feeling from light snacks to meals is so good mate, it’s functionality and simplicity make this super easy to navigate through its fantastic. Easily the the best fitness app in the store.

Brilliant App!! So much functionality and the customisation is endless. From creating your own avatar to having a vast selection of meals to choose for lunch, dinner, breakfast and desert.
The graphical interface is so well designed that everything just flows one after the other.
