Helped calm my very hyper toddler
This app gives a lot of great advice for new moms losing there sh** with there kids for sure! The meditation and yoga practices are calm and relaxing for my toddler and I to do together. Also just the breathing exercises alone helped my 3 year old focus and really calm down before we start an activity, read a book or go down for a nap. Recommended to at least try it out, stream on the TV and take it all in. Mahalo!Show lessdanabean808
