Thieves!! I will be deleting this app because it doesn’t hit the bonus like it used to about a year ago. It also NEVER hits the Grand and hardly the MAJOR!! It also doesn’t take money right away, so when it hits your bank account an astronomical number comes out. The app also started lagging after the recent update and with every spin I’m losing and losing. You have to keep buying coins and each time you go to purchase coins, the price goes up. It also doesn’t have high rewards, even when you bet in the billions and the free spins always stops on the lowest amount each and every time. Say I’m lying! These Coins are unreasonably priced. This is a place up to use if you want to play the pokies, but don’t have any money to to spend. The latest update however has caused an issue with opening any of the games saying there is no Internet connection. This is the only app it’s happening with my phone.Gnom13

Level 400, never once hit a Grand jackpot, even in the mini games always seem to be 1 off grand, and in the features always 1 away, the game is clearly designed to not let you win, I mean I get it with a 50b grand if you were to win you won’t need to spend money so they clearly rig it, but it’s just annoying. Used to be ok
Used to play this several times a day for fun. Now again even used to buy some of the deals. However I now deleting the game.
Brought a package, the 2 for 1 deal for $2.99 got charged for it & then came up saying error. (Payment came out). Restarted phone, the package I brought was not there & it gave me the option to buy it again at $8.99. Cheated out of credits!
I love this slot app overall, and the games but I’ve repeatedly been cheated out of credits. When I went to the MISSION PASS, Collect Rewards it showed that I was being awarded 321 billion credits. When I went to click on it collect it did not add anything to my credits and the reward went away as if I had collected it. This has happen multiple times and the developer should accommodate the customer when this happens. Especially since I am a frequent customer who buys a lot of credit packs.Show lessHandpay Season

I was so far in this game after playing it for months and months I don’t even remember it was on gold level or something and then they had me do an update. It brought me to the zero one and never gonna buy coinage and I am never gonna take the chance of. Buying something there’s no help to actually bring you back to where you played through. Glitch!!
So paid the initial £99.99 for coins but the app glitches. It goes straight to the 3 super wheels and you do not get your initial coins for your first payment and you also do not get a ‘click and collect tick’. Therefore you are paying twice the amount to just have a go on the super wheels. I have tried to go on develop’s website but that it just a screen with a panda on and no link or portal to report an issue. There is also a glitch with the game in general as you make a purchase and the game loses connection so you end up paying twice to buy the same coins again. I go through Apple to refund due to ‘in app purchase not received’ but they will at times not issue a refund and won’t say why. I think Apple and this company are definitely richer from glitches like this whereby the end user is robbed of his money! If I could give it no stars then I would but one star is what I am forced to give!
Update - I have had several problems on various games played and messaged the developer on 15th April 2024, nut no response so I have messaged every other day since then and still no response. They have taken money but the connection gets lost before coins are added to the account and when going through Apple’s refund portal, they refuse to give a refund!
