Used to love the app for Thai Chili but it seems they are utilizing a new company called “Thanx” to power their app and it just does not work at all. Can’t order when hitting the order now button and every time you close and reopen the app and error message appears. Thanx for nothingiLuvKush95

I’d like to understand how an app providing us a discount based on “ThaiChilliPoints” isn’t validating our basket? We purchased 2 drinks along with two palms and the promo for the free drinks on our rewards aren’t validated. But as soon as we remove them why are they checking out?tttiyhd
Changed app is worthless
The old app had apple pay and worked flawlessly. This new app doesn't have apple pay. It makes you jump thru hoops to login. Once i put all my info and order in it says theres an error. HUGE FAIL! You've lost a customer.jasontho

No option to sign in
There is no option to sign into an existing account. It will only let you sign up for a new account. And if you already have an account associated with your number, it just says “whoops no need to sign up for a new account” but doesn’t let you sign in??julesandlittleluna

When you can't get cross-platform login to work, that's a fail.
Registered on the website and it confirmed my registration. When I immediately logged out then back in, it said my password that it just accepted during registration was wrong. Repeat for the apps (Thai Chili and Thai Chili 2 Go [TC2GO]). Two websites for the same outfit?
I did all this parked in front of the restaurant in Phoenix. Naturally, after I as approved sharing my location, it suggested a shop in Atlanta.
