Order is still ‘pending’ on the app. Waited 25 minutes before arriving at the shop. The girls weren’t aware of my order. Checked the system and it was there but hadnt been made. Had to wait a further 25 minutes in the shop. After the 50 minute wait for a milkshake it turned out to be well below par in terms of quality in comparison to my previous experiences. Very disappointing all round
