Paid for a membership because using the custom button required it. My board is numbered counter clockwise and it only supports clockwise. Custom does not let you change this even if you pay. Also you can print numbers from their app but it only supports A4 paper which I have never used in my life and have no way to do it. Scammed me out of $1.99

Thanks for your feedback. Please notice that our app has always been using clockwise. In the free version and paid. Also the printable numbers have always been and is freely available. Digitize photo doesn’t work
Every time I select a photo to digitize, it just brings me back to the select photo page.

Thanks for your feedback we’ll surely look into it. However, the reason may be is that your selected photo is taking a while to be downloaded from iCloud before it can be imported into the app. After selecting the image, give it a bit of time and it should pop up in the app.
