15minutes: Screen Time Limit

15minutes gives you 15 minutes on your feed apps, then locks them for an hour, then gives you 15 minutes again. This repeats all day. Pick the apps you want limited. They share the budget of 15 minutes. When the budget runs out, all of them lock for one hour. After the hour the budget refills and the cycle starts over. There is no daily total that runs out on you and nothing gets deleted. The hour in between is the part that changes the habit. Most blockers use a cooldown of a few minutes.
