The app is awful
I always used WNDU as my news source but now every page and news article is flooded with stupid ads and unfortunately my device is getting old so all the ads freeze my iPad up and zI can’t afford to buy another one so looks like I will no longer be using your app you ruined it with the new format and endless ads.

Disappointing
All of a sudden, when you open the app, you have to go through a big advertisement page. Very disappointing.
Click Bait notifications
One thing I absolutely hate about this app is that they send notifications with minimal information. They want you to open it to see what actor died or whatever. But the other local app WSBT22 will actually tell you all you need to know in their notification. I’ll be deleting this app and only use WSBT22.

Forced alerts
The latest update requires the user to get alerts on their device. Users must go into settings to undo this unwanted feature which many users may not realize or know how to fix. Poor changes to the layout. Feels like spyware.

I think this app is absolutely fantastic except for the close captioning at the bottom. I can’t find a place to get rid of that. It bothers me.

The new notifications are difficult to get to and clear out—and also constant.
The new layout is not as user friendly as it used to be and also not visually appealing. The ads popping up are not as easy to get rid of either. Considering just deleting the app altogether.

Less operator friendly
With the past app, I was able to pinch and enlarge photos. This could not be done with any of the competition’s websites. Now I cannot perform that task.
New format
This app’s redesign is scattershot and clumsy. Especially annoying when the ads refuse to disappear.
Pls fix
The app isn’t moving the page that says “allow tracking on the next page for” when it’s not allowing me to allow tracking

This app has been completely destroyed by the nuisance ads that continually pop up, the most frustrating is the one that pops up right away when you open the app that you have to try to find a way to get rid of before the app will fully open, WNDU should be ashamed of this, find a sponsor to sponsor your app if you need money that badly and get rid of the ads

Disruptive ads
The layout of the news is fine, not an exceptional interface, but fine. The initial ad upon opening the app is frustrating. It pauses any audio or video already playing through other apps. Want to check the news updates while also listening to a podcast or music? It won’t be seamless, unfortunately.
