Owners who care about their members
The few workouts I was able to do before I went on disability were good. These women really care about their members. I went on disability and had to cancel. After the way I was treated, I’ll be back!Great virtual platform for lagree method
Lagreeing at home is a great virtual workout space! I joined in 2020 after my lagree studio closed. As I loved the studio, the at home access allowed me to do more classes and learn so much more about the lagree method. These ladies are very educated on proper form and creating a challenging routine for all levels. The live virtual classes and occasional challenges. If you are debating checking lagree out, give the micro/mega and lagreeing at home a try! It is also a very welcoming fun community too :)Show lessLagree shakes from home!!
I religiously went to my Lagree studio for four years before moving too far from one. Enter LAH - I got a microformer and was able to take the same shakes into my house!! The bonus is that with all of the on demand classes, I can do it whenever I can. The live classes are just like being in the studio with the form correction and motivation. I also was able to take the prenatal classes when pregnant and keep moving! When I needed some accountability after the baby, I did a tailored program with Heather and Lexi to keep me checking in and safe postpartum. There is such a sense of community with the LAH users that it really feels like one big home studio! I am so grateful for the community Heather and Lexi have brought together!Show less
