Awful app, wasn’t able to join the vinted server as app kept crashing and wouldn’t let me go on the server. Didn’t use or see the server once as it wouldn’t let me. Paid 24.99 requested a refund and they responded with you aren’t able to get a refund and the app is easy to use. Absolutely disgusted with that really response.

Amazing this company even exists
The entire system is awful. Impossible to use, multiple menus and no consistency in the interface. Frustrating every time I have to use it.
Customer service/help
I’m not too familiar with the app itself, I recently downloaded it for a course but the customer service is immaculate! They get back to you almost immediately, send useful information and make sure your a happy user!

As an early adopter and seller, I feel bad having to leave this review.
Whop’s user experience has decreased dramatically over the past year. It feels like their design team is constantly experimenting with different layouts and flows; fixing things that don’t need to be fixed.
Their mobile design strays so far from predictable modern UX flows that it’s more confusing than useful. Its user flows resembling nothing like the web app.
I can only assume that either the design team is bored, not effectively taking in user feedback or the project manager is not doing their job. Regardless, something is not right. It’s almost a case of “too many cooks in the kitchen”. The UI is not being fully thought out (by one person) with the care it needs.
There is a difference between something looking nice and something being useable.
I say this with love; please hire a designer who truly understands the pain points of being a digital product seller. Someone who prioritizes user experience over being fancy. Someone who has the ability to say “no” to suggestions.

Good functionality But the WORST useability and layout
I really enjoy the functions of Whop and it allows me to manage memberships and subscriptions well. But it just has the mostly unfriendly layout ever. Links and buttons you would expect to take you to basic pages and perform simple tasks redirect you to pages with zero options and take you to dead ends with an inability to fine what you need. It’s an actual maze trying to navigate around this app. Really appalling UI, which is a huge shame because it’s a fantastic platform! It’s just unusable

Won’t let you cancel subscription
When u want to cancel your subscription it takes you to safari then back to the app on an unending cycle.
Impossible to cancel memberships
My experience with the Whop app has been overwhelmingly negative. I would rate it one star due to the numerous issues I've encountered.
First and foremost, the process for canceling or managing memberships is frustratingly difficult. Every time I attempt to access the cancellation option, I’m met with a 404 error page, which is incredibly infuriating.
Additionally, when I try to manage my membership, instead of finding a straightforward cancellation option, I’m redirected to a Discord chat. This is not only inconvenient but also confusing, as it feels like I'm being pushed into a platform that’s not meant for this purpose.
Overall, the app is in dire need of updates and improvements. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend it.

Cannot unsubscribe
When i tried manage subscription and pressed leave group, nothing happen, after update, there is not even option anymore to unsubscribe and when i am texting them, no one respond back
