The only issue we would say is that the instruction booklet that comes with it does not go into any detail on how to go into anything else after the initial set up. The app menu is not very helpful when trying to add to the family users it was all a bit of trial and error. More detail would be helpful

SD card
I’m a tad confused as to why this does not come with a SD card. Certainly you can work a deal with one of the smaller companies to provide you with a wonderful product which in turn you can raise the cost of your product (not to mention your customers happiness that they can actually use your product right away and not have to wait to get a SD card) the SD card company can thrive.
I’m also having trouble with the camera going off at nothing. I’m constantly getting a notifications. When I look at the picture there is nothing there. Yet when someone is there I never get pics of their faces.

Disappointed
I’ve been using this app since April all of a sudden it has stopped working, I have tried deleting app restart literally everything suggested and still it will not connect.
My broadband is working perfectly so no fault there.
Unfortunately no where to contact for support.

It’s fine
The product is not bad for the price. But it did have a glitch after two months of using the item. It did not want to connect to my wifi. I ended up having to delete the app and reinstall it but this took a while and I had to let the device be uninstalled from my phone for a whole day and then reinstall and it finally started working like new. If it was not for that I would give this a 5 star review but I just wanted to be honest so no one has unrealistic expectations.

Great doorbell/monitor but…
Great doorbell/monitor but… It stopped working. I’ve tried logging out to log back in. It wouldn’t so I had to uninstall the app now it’s not letting me log back in. I don’t know what else to do. Please help. (Strong WiFi connection as well)
Help wanted
It’s been less than a week of me opening the app and I’m already experiencing problems with it. I get notifications from the baby minister but when I try to open the app and see it says my network isn’t connected.
Worked until it didn’t
Keeps saying I have a network problem despite working all day…..can’t log back into the app or anything …..
Disappointed
Unfortunately I do feel a bit disappointed. Been using this since September but all of a sudden there’s no network. I tried to reconnect, disconnect, restart and EVERYTHING I could and it’s just not working. It’s actually really bad for your camera to just suddenly stop working like this.. I have 2 as well so they both stopped working 😕
