I love every single aspect of this technology. It is very well thought and designed. The only improvement I would recommend is to add direct wiring as a charging option of the bell and the chime-that way one can replace the traditional door bell with this beauty.Landry Kouajiep

Just save up and get a Ring Doorbell
Cheap good camera but you can’t get it to work if you’re not on the same WiFi which kindof defeats the purpose of the door bell which watches your home while you’re away.AneshiaM
Lagging
Connection lags when trying to talk over the intercom. Also, doesn’t always pick up visitors coming to the door by motion detection.mstcg27
