Expense feeder doesn’t work
I have had this feeder for about four months. Somehow it got disconnected from my Internet, and I have spent a lot of time trying to reconnect it. Sent a question asking for help but so far received nothing. It has a year warranty on it. I guess I’ll be purchasing another one, but you can bet it won’t be this one. Very unhappy with this expensive feeder. would give it zero stars if that was an option.

The feeder is amazing but the app is trash
It randomly kicked me out of my account and I cannot log in despite the code is correct. I tried both ways to log in and it wouldnt let me. I hope this gets resolved because the feeder is basically rendered useless. At least i can still manually feed my pet. But very inconvenient and useless.
Product is great when app works
I have the feeder and very happy with it when the app is working. It’s very glitchy. Have had to contact support several times, only via WhatsApp. Have gotten dropped from Wi-Fi, lost feeding record history feature, and had to reinstall a few times in the month I’ve owned it. The only semi-positive in this respect is that an established feeding schedule will still work while dropped from Wi-Fi. But of course you won’t be able to adjust the schedule. Please fix the bugs. The feeder itself is great.

App and support are terrible
The product works well. I’ve had it and the app for about a month. I got logged out of my account and cannot log back in, so all of the automated features are unreachable. Support has been useless so far.
Nice App and Features
Nice app (v.2.0.10) & features & has been reliable & easy to setup. To register, be sure to enter the characters on the screen before getting a verification code via email or SMS. Support very helpful getting me through that & said they’re working on improving this aspect. The feeder itself is great - better than others I’ve seen.

Some option only in Chinese
The feeder seems nice, but it is very annoying that some options in the configuration of the app are only in Chinese. Please fix this issue!
I can’t register to use the app
I’ve tried 2 different emails to register for the app and create an account. No registration. So I cannot use the app. Useless.
Doesn’t support day light saving
This app doesn’t support day light saving and thus the feeding time in the plan is off by 1 hour.
