Somewhat disappointed with promised AI results. Enhancing was ok but nothing special. Repair and colorise were nowhere close to what I could do manually. Glad it offers a 3 day trial - would have been annoyed if I’d paid for this.

I keep getting following message

Error while uploading photo.
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again”
I DO HAVE A VERY STRONG AND STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION! All other apps and programs work flawlessly.
I’ve reloaded the app FIVE times, it’s getting very frustrating have an app that I paid for and use constantly because it’s so good that keeps letting me down.
Any advice or information as to why this is happening would be appreciated.

9/10 times it turns out great
I have a couple other apps I use and now I use this one the most. Its the one I can rely on to make it accurate. It doesn’t move their features around to look better it just smooths it all out and works. I do recommend.
Unable to cancel subscription until after the payment is taken
Incredibly disappointed in no contact made. App was deleted and unable to cancel subscription after a 3 day trial. I tried after 2 hours of using the app. I have made application to have my money refunded.
Paid but won’t work
Waited an hour and still nothing. The free trial worked and now that I’ve paid… it doesn’t. Great.
Never finished processing
I spent so much time waiting for a photo to be finished processing, including over an hour at one point just for it still to say processing. What a waste of time and effort and to have the nerve to charge people for it
